I decided to maje individual pies rather tgan one big one. Took a bit longer to make than I'd planned for, but late dinner is better than no dinner, am I right? :-) I substituted bay scallops (the little guys) for the cod. We loved it. I chased it with a nice pils.

Just made this one couple days ago. Wow a total success ! Did not use cod tho, but I've put some scallops instead in it ! No dill or gherkins either, allergic, but it was delicious <3

Hi Jami, Hope you're well. I wasn't actually cooking the fish in the video in that shot. That's just a technique to remove the skin from fish. If you put them on a wire rack, skin side up, and pour boiling water over the skin, it should just peel off the fish. I hope that helps you. Thanks, George
