I made this last weekend and it was just delicious. I’ve been wanting to make beef cheek for awhile and was looking for a good recipe — this was it! The meat was so tender and the gravy was creamy and full of flavor. I also loved the idea of adding dijon in the mashed potatoes. Thank you, George — I will be making this again, I’m already craving it!
