Roasted Oven Chips

These are the kind of oven chips that make you forget about the fryer. Super crispy, deeply golden and fluffy in the middle, with that satisfying crunch you only get when they’re cooked slowly and given the time they deserve. They’re bold enough to stand on their own but just as happy alongside a steak, a pie or a decent bit of fish. For me, it’s salt and vinegar and nothing else.
