Ingredients: 300 g Streaky bacon; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Onion; 3 Garlic cloves; 1 tsp Chilli flakes; 1 tsp Smoked paprika; 1–2 tsp Chipotle paste; 3 tbsp Sun-dried tomato paste; 2 tbsp Tomato purée; 150 ml White wine; 400 g Pasta; 750 ml Chicken stock; 200 ml Double cream; 80 g Parmesan; 1 bunch Chives; Black pepper
