Ingredients: 12 Pork sausages; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 6 rashers Streaky bacon; 200 g Round shallots; 5 Garlic cloves; 2 tbsp Tomato purée; 2 tbsp Plain flour; 500 ml Dry cider; 300 ml Chicken stock; 200 ml Water; 500 g Jersey Royal potatoes; 1 Fresh sage leaves; 1 Lemon zest; 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 Apples; 1 Chives; Salt to taste
