Creamy Garlic Prawn Pasta

Name: Creamy Garlic Prawn Pasta

Ingredients: 200 g Raw peeled prawns; 2 tbsp Olive oil; 3 Garlic cloves; 100 ml White wine; 150 ml Chicken stock; 150 ml Vegetable stock; 3 tbsp Crème fraîche; 40 g Parmesan; 200 g Tagliatelle; Salt; Pepper; 1 handful Fresh parsley

Juicy prawns fried in olive oil, garlic then coated with a splash of white wine and in a silky sauce of crème fraîche, stock, Parmesan and a little pasta water to bring it all together. Tossed with tagliatelle and finished with a touch of parsley – simple, rich and so tasty.

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the tagliatelle until just al dente. Save a ladle of the pasta water before draining.
