Creamy Garlic Prawn Pasta

Juicy prawns fried in olive oil, garlic then coated with a splash of white wine and in a silky sauce of crème fraîche, stock, Parmesan and a little pasta water to bring it all together. Tossed with tagliatelle and finished with a touch of parsley – simple, rich and so tasty.
