Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Get your oven on at 180°C. Roll out around two thirds of the pastry and line a deep pie tin, leaving a little overhang around the edge. Line with baking paper and baking beans, then blind bake for 15 minutes. Remove the beans and paper and bake for another 5 minutes until the base has dried out slightly. Leave to cool.
